이용약관

제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 존이스킹(이하 "개발자")이 제공하는 게임 「냐옹하우스 / Cattail Manor」(이하 "이 게임")를 이용하는 데 필요한 사항을 정합니다.
제2조 (약관의 효력과 변경)
- 이 약관은 이 게임을 설치하고 이용하는 모든 이용자에게 적용됩니다.
- 개발자는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행 7일 전(중대한 변경은 30일 전)에 앱 안에서 알립니다.
- 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않으시면 이 게임의 이용을 중단하고 앱을 삭제하실 수 있습니다.
제3조 (계정)
- 이 게임은 회원가입이 없습니다. 앱을 처음 켤 때 기기마다 익명 계정이 자동으로 만들어집니다.
- 익명 계정은 이름·이메일과 연결되지 않으므로, 개발자는 이용자가 누구인지 알 수 없습니다.
- 중요합니다. 게임 진행 데이터는 기기 안에 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸면 진행 상황과 구매한 재화가 사라질 수 있으며, 개발자가 이를 복구해 드리지 못할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (유료 상품)
- 이 게임의 유료 상품은 Google Play 결제를 통해서만 판매됩니다.
- 보석·코인 등 게임 내 재화와 아이템은 이 게임 안에서만 쓰이는 데이터이며, 현금·재산·법정통화가 아닙니다. 환금하거나 다른 이용자에게 넘길 수 없습니다.
- 「월간 패스」는 자동 갱신 구독이 아니라 구매 시점부터 30일간만 효력이 있는 소멸성 상품입니다. 30일이 지나면 자동으로 끝나며, 별도로 해지할 필요가 없고 자동으로 다시 결제되지도 않습니다.
- 상품의 가격과 구성은 변경될 수 있습니다. 이미 구매한 상품의 효력은 변경 전 조건을 따릅니다.
제5조 (환불)
환불하시면 그 결제로 받은 것들이 게임에서 회수됩니다. 이 조항을 꼭 읽어 주세요.
- 환불은 Google Play의 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 환불 신청과 결정은 구글이 처리하며, 개발자가 대신 결제 대금을 돌려드리지는 않습니다.
- 환불이 확정되면 개발자는 그 결제로 지급되었던 보석과, 그 보석으로 얻은 것들을 회수합니다. 회수 범위는 다음과 같습니다.
- 아직 쓰지 않고 남아 있는 보석
- 그 보석으로 구매한 코스튬·기간 한정 상품
- 그 보석으로 뽑거나 합성해 얻은 고양이
- 고양이가 회수될 때에는 그 고양이에 딸린 도감 기록, 애착도, 사연, 지어준 이름, 입혀 둔 코스튬이 함께 사라집니다. 회수된 뒤에는 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
- 환불 시점에 남은 보석이 부족하면, 최근에 얻은 것부터 차례로 회수합니다.
- 환불이 반복적으로 이루어지거나 환불을 악용한 정황이 확인되면, 개발자는 해당 계정의 유료 상품 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
제6조 (확률형 아이템)
- 이 게임에는 무작위 결과가 나오는 뽑기와 합성이 있습니다.
- 각 확률과 천장(확정) 조건은 게임 안 해당 화면에 표시됩니다. 구매 전에 반드시 확인해 주세요.
- 표시된 확률은 매 시행마다 독립적으로 적용되며, 이전 결과가 다음 결과에 영향을 주지 않습니다. 단, 천장 조건이 있는 경우에는 그 조건이 함께 적용됩니다.
제7조 (광고)
- 이 게임은 무료로 제공되며, 운영 재원을 위해 광고를 표시합니다.
- 「광고 제거」 상품을 구매하거나 「월간 패스」를 보유한 동안에는 광고가 표시되지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 보상을 받기 위해 스스로 재생하는 보상형 광고는 그대로 이용하실 수 있습니다.
- 광고의 내용은 광고 사업자(Google AdMob)가 정하며, 개발자가 개별 광고를 심사하거나 보증하지 않습니다.
제8조 (이용자의 의무)
다음 행위를 하시면 안 됩니다.
- 게임 데이터를 조작하거나, 변조된 앱·자동화 도구를 사용하는 행위
- 결제를 위조하거나 정상적이지 않은 방법으로 유료 재화를 얻는 행위
- 서버에 과도한 부하를 주거나 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위
- 게임 내 재화·계정을 현금으로 거래하는 행위
이런 행위가 확인되면 개발자는 해당 계정의 이용을 제한하거나 부정하게 얻은 재화를 회수할 수 있습니다.
제9조 (서비스의 변경과 중단)
- 개발자는 게임의 내용과 구성을 변경할 수 있습니다. 밸런스 조정, 콘텐츠 추가·삭제가 포함됩니다.
- 서비스를 종료하는 경우, 개발자는 종료일로부터 최소 30일 전에 이 페이지와 앱 안에서 알리고, 그 시점부터 유료 상품 판매를 중단합니다.
제10조 (지식재산권)
이 게임의 그림, 소리, 코드, 이름을 포함한 모든 저작물의 권리는 개발자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 개인적으로 게임을 즐길 권리를 가질 뿐이며, 개발자의 사전 동의 없이 복제·배포·개작할 수 없습니다.
다만 이용자가 게임 화면을 촬영·녹화하여 개인 방송이나 영상으로 공유하는 것은 별도 허락 없이 하실 수 있습니다.
제11조 (책임의 한계)
- 개발자는 천재지변, 통신 장애, 이용자 기기의 문제 등 개발자의 통제를 벗어난 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 이용자가 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸어 게임 데이터가 사라진 경우, 개발자가 이를 복구할 의무를 지지 않습니다.
- 이 조항은 개발자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해에는 적용되지 않으며, 관계 법령이 정한 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
제12조 (준거법과 분쟁)
이 약관은 대한민국 법에 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 협의로 해결하며, 협의가 되지 않으면 민사소송법이 정한 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

Effective 7 September 2026 · Applies to the Android app “Cattail Manor / 냐옹하우스”
1. Purpose
These terms govern your use of the game Cattail Manor / 냐옹하우스 (“the game”), provided by JOHNISKING (“the developer”).
2. Changes to these terms
- These terms apply to everyone who installs and plays the game.
- The developer may change them and will post any change on this page. Changes that disadvantage players are announced in the app 7 days in advance (30 days for significant changes).
- If you do not accept a change, you may stop playing and uninstall the app.
3. Accounts
- There is no sign-up. An anonymous account is created automatically on each device the first time you open the app.
- It is not linked to a name or email, so the developer cannot identify you.
- Important. Your progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling the app or changing devices may lose your progress and purchased currency, and the developer may not be able to restore it.
4. Paid items
- All paid items are sold only through Google Play Billing.
- Gems, coins and in-game items are data usable only inside this game. They are not money, property, or legal tender, cannot be cashed out, and cannot be transferred to another player.
- The Monthly Pass is not an auto-renewing subscription. It is a consumable product valid for 30 days from purchase. It ends automatically, requires no cancellation, and never charges you again.
- Prices and contents may change. Items already purchased keep the terms under which they were bought.
5. Refunds
If you receive a refund, what that purchase gave you is taken back in-game. Please read this section.
- Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. Google handles the request and the decision; the developer does not issue refunds directly.
- Once a refund is confirmed, the developer reclaims the gems that purchase granted, and what those gems bought. Specifically:
- Gems still unspent
- Costumes and limited-time items bought with those gems
- Cats obtained by pulling or fusing with those gems
- When a cat is reclaimed, its album entry, bond level, story, the name you gave it, and any costume it wore are removed with it. This cannot be undone.
- If too few gems remain at the time of the refund, the most recently obtained items are reclaimed first.
- If refunds are made repeatedly or appear to be abused, the developer may restrict that account’s access to paid items.
6. Randomised items
- The game includes gacha pulls and fusing, which produce random results.
- Every probability and every pity (guaranteed) threshold is displayed on the relevant screen inside the game. Please check before buying.
- Stated probabilities apply independently to each attempt; earlier results do not affect later ones, except where a pity threshold applies.
7. Advertising
- The game is free and shows advertising to fund its operation.
- Buying Remove Ads or holding the Monthly Pass removes displayed advertising. Rewarded ads, which you choose to watch for a reward, remain available.
- Ad content is determined by the ad provider (Google AdMob). The developer does not review or endorse individual ads.
8. Your obligations
You must not:
- tamper with game data, or use modified apps or automation tools
- forge purchases or obtain paid currency by illegitimate means
- place undue load on the server or interfere with the service
- trade in-game currency or accounts for real money
Where such conduct is found, the developer may restrict the account or reclaim anything obtained illegitimately.
9. Changes to and discontinuation of the service
- The developer may change the game’s content and structure, including balance adjustments and adding or removing content.
- If the service is to be discontinued, the developer will give notice on this page and inside the app at least 30 days before the closing date, and will stop selling paid items from that point.
10. Intellectual property
All artwork, sound, code and names in this game belong to the developer. You receive a personal right to play the game; you may not copy, distribute or adapt it without prior consent.
You may, however, capture or record gameplay and share it as video or a stream without asking permission.
11. Limitation of liability
- The developer is not liable for loss caused by matters outside its control, such as natural disasters, network failures, or problems with your device.
- The developer is not obliged to restore game data lost because you uninstalled the app or changed devices.
- This section does not apply to loss caused by the developer’s intent or gross negligence, and does not limit any right you have under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will first be addressed by discussion; failing that, they go to the court having jurisdiction under Korean civil procedure law.
