이 게임은 회원가입이 없고 익명으로 동작합니다. 그래서 지우는 방법도 두 가지로 나뉩니다.
1. 기기 안의 게임 데이터를 지우려면
레벨, 재화, 아이템, 고양이와 애착도, 지어준 이름, 저택 복원 상태 — 이 모든 것은 이용자의 기기 안에만 있습니다.
앱을 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다. 개발자에게 요청하실 필요가 없고, 개발자는 이 데이터를 가지고 있지도 않습니다.
앱을 지우지 않고 데이터만 비우시려면 안드로이드 설정 → 애플리케이션 → 냐옹하우스 → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제를 누르시면 됩니다.
이 작업은 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 구매하신 재화와 고양이도 함께 사라지며, 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다.
2. 서버에 남은 기록을 지우려면
개발자 서버에 남아 있는 것은 다음 두 가지뿐입니다.
- 익명 계정 식별자 — 이름·이메일과 연결되지 않은 임의의 문자열
- 결제 기록 — 구매 토큰, 주문번호, 상품 코드, 구매 시각, 환불 여부

- 결제하신 적이 있다면 — Google Play 주문번호 (구글에서 받으신 영수증 메일에 있습니다.
GPA.0000-0000-0000-00000형태입니다.) 하나만 알려 주셔도 됩니다. - 결제하신 적이 없다면 — 서버에 남은 기록이 사실상 없습니다. 그래도 확인을 원하시면 메일만 주십시오.
본인 확인을 하는 이유
계정이 익명이라 개발자는 요청하신 분이 누구인지 알 방법이 없습니다. 주문번호는 그 결제를 실제로 하신 분만 가지고 있으므로, 이것으로 본인 확인을 대신합니다. 다른 사람의 기록이 잘못 지워지는 것을 막기 위한 절차입니다.
처리 기간
요청을 받은 날부터 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 회신드립니다.

결제 기록이 완전히 지워지지 않는 이유
국내 전자상거래법은 대금 결제에 관한 기록을 5년간 보존하도록 정하고 있습니다. 그래서 결제 사실 자체는 바로 지울 수 없고, 대신 그 기록에서 이용자의 계정 식별자를 떼어냅니다. 이렇게 하면 남은 기록으로는 어느 이용자의 것인지 알 수 없습니다. 5년이 지나면 기록도 파기됩니다.
3. 삭제한 뒤
기록이 지워진 뒤 게임을 다시 시작하시면 새 익명 계정이 만들어지며, 완전히 처음부터 시작하게 됩니다. 이전에 구매하신 상품은 복원되지 않습니다.

Delete your account and data

This game has no sign-up and runs anonymously, so deletion works in two parts.
1. To delete the game data on your device
Your level, currencies, items, cats and bond levels, the names you gave them, and your manor progress all live only on your device.
Uninstalling the app deletes all of it. You do not need to ask us, and we never held this data in the first place.
To clear the data without uninstalling: Android Settings → Apps → Cattail Manor → Storage → Clear data.
This cannot be undone. Purchased currency and cats are lost with it and cannot be restored.
2. To delete the records on our server
Only two things are held on our server:
- An anonymous account ID — a random string not linked to any name or email
- Purchase records — purchase token, order ID, product code, purchase time, refund status

- If you have made a purchase — your Google Play order ID, found in the receipt email from Google. It looks like
GPA.0000-0000-0000-00000. One is enough. - If you have never purchased — there is effectively nothing about you on our server. Email us anyway if you would like that confirmed.
Why we ask for an order ID
Because accounts are anonymous, we have no way to tell who is asking. An order ID is held only by the person who actually made that purchase, so it serves as verification. This protects other players from having their records deleted by mistake.
How long it takes
We process requests and reply within 7 business days of receiving them.
What is deleted and what remains

Why purchase records are not fully erased
Korean e-commerce law requires payment records to be kept for five years. We therefore cannot delete the fact of a payment straight away. Instead we detach your account identifier from it, so the remaining record cannot be traced to any player. After five years the record itself is destroyed.
3. After deletion
If you play again afterwards, a new anonymous account is created and you start over from the beginning. Previous purchases are not restored.
